Nathan Consulting is a consultancy company that provides management, accounting, tax, costs, financial, internal controls, compliance and corporate training consultancy for companies in several industries. Our goal is to provide high quality services to our clients, focusing on their growth and core business. We also address any additional legal obligations, including the fiduciary aspects of controls and compliance and provide tailored training courses for the accounting and financial departments.

NATANAEL OSCAR

  • Natanael holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and has proven experience in leadership positions including CFO (Administrative and Financial Director) and management experience of the Controller, Accounting, Cost, Treasury, HR, IT, Internal Controls, SOX (Sarbanex Oxley), Compliance, Legal, Purchase and Business Support areas.
  • Natanael has a wealth of experience working for audit and consultancy companies and other multinationals in the automotive, pharmaceutical, medical and dental industries.
  • He has worked as auditor in Brazil and abroad and can speak fluent English. He also has post-graduate (MBA) level specializations. He co-authored “Accounting Standards and Practices: an Introduction” (Normas e Práticas Contábeis: uma Introdução).

ELOI CORDAS

  • Eloi holds a Business Management degree and an MBA in Personnel Management and Development (Getúlio Vargas Foundation);
  • He has extensive experience in Personnel Management and Human and Organizational Development with a long track record in managing Personnel Planning and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Personnel Administration, Litigation and Labor Relations, Industrial and Asset Security;
  • Occupational Health, Environment, Quality, Plant Administration and General Services - Strategic Alignment of HR/DHO and business areas in joint ventures, mergers and demergers, corporate restructuring processes and internal culture changes, relocation and opening/closing units, branches and service centers;
  • Active involvement as a business partner in various areas, planning/deploying policies, strategies, procedures, action plans, annual budgets (personnel costs) and research motivational issues. Monitoring Effectiveness (KPIs).
